Privacy notice

Key Concierge ("I", "me") is a home organising and move-support service run by Karla Reynolds, based in Ash, Surrey. This notice explains what personal information I collect through this website and how I use it.

What I collect, and why

When you send an enquiry through the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number, the town/postcode you provide, and anything you write in your message. I use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and provide my services. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a request you've made) and, once we're working together, contract.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to my private inbox. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and I don't use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

How long I keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted. Basic records of completed work may be kept for up to six years for accounting purposes, as required by law.

Photos of your home

I only ever take or share before/after photos of your home with your written permission, and they never include anything that identifies you or your address.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. If the anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the contact form, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to confirm you're human.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email info@keyconcierge.uk and I'll sort it. If you're not happy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
